Those transactions mainly include the purchase and sale of goods, processing trade and compensation trade, agency, import and export of complete sets of equipment, and other visible trade. Our business also covers trade in services (such as technology development, transfer and licensing, brand licensing, professional services and consultation, and sports entertainment), and trade-related investment.
           The types of commercial international legal services we provide are numerous and expanding, mainly including:

           Relevant Experience
    ●Assisted a state-owned ordnance industry company in successfully dealing with cases regarding an administrative penalty given by the United States Coast Guard on suspicion of violation of international regulations on dangerous goods transportation.
    ●Assisted domestic institutions in dealing with green barriers on the export of agricultural products to Latin American countries.
    ● Assisted a large state-owned company in participating in international bidding organized by a foreign state coal company for the specific production line needed for its coal mining, and won the bid. Also provided full legal services for the export of complete sets of electromechanical equipment and technical licensing,
    ●Drafted the contract for a world-leading Chinese drainage equipment enterprise for the exclusive sale of leading products from a South Korean company in Mainland China and participated in the negotiations.
    ●Assisted a leading international fruit growing and marketing company in its attempts to enter China's banana planting and marketing industry.
    ●Provided legal advice for a Malaysian port on accepting the transfer of a sale agreement signed by a Chinese port for the purchase of port machinery worth tens of millions of US dollars.
    ●Provided legal support for IPR licensing transactions between a large-scale Chinese manufacturer of bath and body products and famous American designers and brands.
    ●Provided legal services for a leading bathroom products group to obtain the exclusive agency rights of a leading, high-end European brand in China.
    ●Provided legal advice for a Chinese game development enterprise on licensing its online gaming software and relevant license agreements in overseas markets.
