    As the representative of a finance leasing company the legal services we can provide include:
    1. Providing legal consultation for investors on company incorporation and helping to improve their investment plans (in areas such as ownership structure, organizational structure, rules of procedure, etc.) at the point of company establishment or during operation;
    2. Assisting investors in communicating with the relevant examining and approving authorities on legal issues regarding approval of incorporation;
    3. Assisting investors to revise and draft legal documents relating to the establishment of or changes to the company;
    4. Assisting the company to maintain and develop financial leasing products and to review the compliancy of these products;
    5. Assisting the company to formulate operational guidelines on finance leasing business;
    6. Assisting the company to identify financing channels for necessary capital and providing special legal services for financing projects;
    7. Assisting the company to find and select tenants and lease providers, and conducting legal investigation on their credit statuses;

    9. Assisting the company in negotiating with tenants and lease providers over specific finance leasing projects;

    11. Providing guidance to the company on how to handle finance leasing registration and other registration formalities in accordance with national legislation;
    12. At the request of the company, provide special training for the company's staff on the legal provisions of the finance leasing business and the risks involved in business operations;
    13. Assisting the company to establish and improve its system of recruitment;
    14. Assisting the company to deal with legal disputes occurring with third parties over the course of business operation by means of litigation / arbitration and non-litigation;
    15. At the request of the company, providing other routine or special legal services.
